We are a 180 person social and mobile gaming team remote in the US and in Kochi, India working with a bright, passionate, and driven team of leaders and contributors. You must possess an impressive intuition and inquisitiveness in responding to and engaging players within our games. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Respond to, resolve, and track customer support tickets for our 17 live games on various app stores and websites
  • Respond to all Appstore reviews and social media postings within specified KPIs
  • Relay all technical issues to the Live Operations team in India for further review and resolutions
  • Prepare reports that highlight the major technical and player experience issues with our games
  • Build reports to communicate relevant KPIs to stakeholders and partners
  • As needed, help CRM team deploy social media campaigns to promote in-game content, sales, and foster positive brand awareness

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Associate or College graduate in Marketing, Business or similar with high academic achievement
  • Passion for the startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve with tons of personal motivation and intellectual curiosity
  • Must be organized, driven, a team player and possess excellent “can do” attitude
  • 1-3 years experience in online customer support or similar
  • Must love the web and mobile gaming market
  • Insatiable curiosity is a must
